🍽 Our Menu & Service Details
You’ll find our menu options here — prices are listed per person and include both our friendly staff and disposable dinnerware for a standard buffet service.

Our dinner service typically spans 4 hours (not including travel):

  • Up to 1 hour for set-up

  • Up to 2 hours for dinner service

  • Up to 1 hour for tear-down

To officially secure your date, we’ll need a signed contract and a $500 deposit (which goes toward your final invoice). A 20% service fee and 7% tax are also added to the total.  

What does the service fee include?
Our service fee takes care of all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes your event seamless and stress-free! This includes:

  • Delivery to any location within a 30-mile radius of our kitchen

  • Complete buffet setup and all the necessary serviceware

  • Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkin rollups

  • Onsite buffet service with our friendly staff

  • Buffet clean-up and bussing of all disposable items

  • Boxing up leftovers for you to enjoy later

  • Garbage removal, so you don’t have to lift a finger

In short, it covers everything from arrival to clean-up — so you can relax and focus on enjoying your event! 🎉

Tastings with a Twist
What makes Zest unique? We host group tastings instead of private ones! This fun, flavorful experience lets you sample a wider variety of dishes, meet our team, and find the perfect menu for your celebration. Tastings are complimentary for two guests, and we welcome tentative couples to attend one before booking.

Once you’re booked, you’ll also receive exclusive invitations to all Open House events in the 12 months leading up to your big day! These are RSVP-only, so let me know if you’d like to be added to the guest list for our next tasting.

Owner and Client Relations Manager

Jen is the owner behind Rosedale Park Event Center & Zest. Rosedale is the venue that houses Zest Catering.

Leading the team with creativity, passion, and a commitment to unforgettable events. With years of experience in the wedding and events industry, Jen has built Rosedale Park into a thriving, women-run business known for its attention to detail and exceptional client care.

She loves helping couples bring their dream weddings to life, creating spaces that feel personal, meaningful, and magical.

When she’s not working, Jen is a hands-on mom to three busy girls, juggling school, activities, and all the chaos that comes with raising a spirited family—bringing the same energy and dedication to her home as she does to Rosedale Park.

Event Manager

Erika Skelton

Erika is passionate about helping couples bring their wedding vision to life in a way that feels true to them. With 3 years of experience in the wedding and events industry—and having grown alongside the company—she brings both creativity and confidence to every celebration. Erika loves guiding clients through the planning process, helping them feel supported, understood, and excited every step of the way. From the first inquiry to the event day, her goal is always the same: making sure each catering reflects what the couple wants.

Outside of events, Erika loves reading, listening to pop punk, and watching a good show with her family. She’s also a mom of two and homeschools her oldest—so she knows a thing or two about staying organized, calm under pressure, and making magic happen in the middle of busy days.

Sous Chef & Catering Lead

Madi Glick

Known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic over the 9+ years she has been with Zest, Madi plays an important role in both the kitchen and on-site execution, helping ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Madi enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs and two cats, exploring her passion for photography.

Madi’s dedication and reliability make her an essential part of our team and the experience we provide.
